XL Offers Blackberry Pearl 9105

XL Axiata offers BlackBerry Pearl 9105. This Smart phone supports 3G services, but marketed at a price cheaper than the device (handheld) 3G BlackBerry previously.

Unlike its predecessor who also carry 3G technology, namely Onyx, Pearl 9105 has cheaper prices. Onyx current price is still above Rp4 million. While Pearl 9105 is marketed at a price below it, namely Rp 3,8 million.
The launch of Pearl 9105 which was conducted in late August is according to Blackberry manufacturer’s promise, Research In Motion (RIM).
In July 2010, RIM stated that Pearl 9105 was designed with body which is more petite than previous models. The phone is designed with dimensions of 108×50x13, 3 mm. Another difference, stem design (candy bar) that also carry traditional keyboard, not qwerty. And of course, it is also different with Blackberry Torch 9800 slider.
To speed up process of writing, RIM added SureType software that works to guess the word to be written. Guesses are made on basis of data contained in Pearl.
In addition, Pearl is also equipped with 3.2 Megapixel resolution camera and a memory capacity of 32GB.
